Description

For accountants to be perceived as business advisors they need to be readily reachable by clients, and exchanging files and information needs to be easy (yet secure). At the same time, accountants need to be able to separate from work, while making it seem like they’re always there when a client needs them. The answer to this dichotomy is a client portal solution that integrates workflow, communication, and file exchange. Attend this workshop to see how the next generation of client portal tools enables tax practitioners and bookkeepers to streamline collaboration with clients. Trial versions of three vendors’ platforms will be made available so that you can get a feel for what it is like to be both the client and the accountant using the platform, and determine if any of them are a good fit for your firm and your clients.
