Transformation Pathfinder

Morris helps lead middle-market and nonprofit clients through their transformation journey. When the COVID pandemic hit, his clients put a pause to their projects so he pivoted to help Donny figure out the path to building the Center. Morris continues to guide the Center’s current staff in fulfilling their roles and coaches other upcoming Agents as they learn to help their organizations through finance transformations.

Morris has over 20 years of corporate experience in a variety of areas ranging from Big 4 audit, corporate financial accounting and reporting, operations management, training development, product development and management, and program management.  Morris is also an experienced business analyst and trained in Lean Six Sigma techniques and currently studying for the Project Management Professional (“PMP”) credential.

As a Director of Consulting, his primary focus is devoted toward serving Intraprise’s middle market and nonprofit clients.  In this role, he serves in various capacities as account executive, project portfolio lead, and business analyst for innovation projects in accounting technology.

He also serves as the Lead Program Manager for the Center for Accounting Transformation (“Center”).  In this role, he oversees LMS and course platform management, course offering coordination, course development, and other program administration duties.

In his spare time, Morris enjoys spending time with his wife of 17+ years, Stacey Harris, as well as his relatives, extended family, and friends.  He is an avid exercise enthusiast, particularly cross-fit training that involves weightlifting and calisthenics.  Additionally, Morris serves his community as the Vice President and Chair of Health & Wellness for the NC Triangle Chapter of the 100 Black Men and as a Team Lead for his church’s Usher Board Ministry.  Finally, Morris also enjoys time out in his backyard grilling some of his favorite dishes, such as BBQ ribs, chicken, salmon, and about anything else that will fit on his grill.
