Welcome to Engaging Your Hybrid Team: How to Ensure Employee Engagement and Equity When Working Remote.
In this self-study course, you will explore the leadership changes to implement now so you can encourage employee engagement and ensure equity in a hybrid environment. You will also look at how your organization should shift its performance measures and definitions of success so all employees are treated fairly, regardless of where they work.
There are 9 Modules in this course. In order to pass the course and earn your CPE, you must complete each Module in totality, and must achieve a 70% or better on the final assessment. You will have five (5) attempts to pass the final assessment. Throughout the course you will be presented with five knowledge checks, the final assessment, and a course evaluation.
Please be sure that every Module (lesson) is checked as complete before advancing. You will have the ability to go back to a previous Module (lesson) if you choose, but you may not advance to the next Module (lesson) until you complete those prior.

• Define, differentiate and clarify “D&I” terminology as a starting point for firms to express their commitment to and understanding of D&I, and talk about D&I work within the organization
• Explore the implications of diversity on organizations, groups and teams
