This subscription is intended for firms with 10 or less people. If you are a solo practitioner or a firm with 11 or more people in your organization, please contact us for information about our specific packages.

Our Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) Do IT Yourself Protection package includes the following products and services:

Workstation Protection
- Device management: patching and maintenance, as well as proactive monitoring for device-level issues
- Centrally managed antivirus
- Malware protection and application control software to protect from ransomware
- Centralized password management system
Phishing Testing & Training
Simulated phishing attacks and training, including tracking and reporting of testing results
Backup of Office 365
Full cloud-backup of everything stored in Exchange Online (email, contacts, calendar), SharePoint Online (includes files stored in MS Teams), and OneDrive
IT Policy Template
We have developed a templated IT security policy addressing the risks commonly seen in small offices/home offices, that incorporate the controls and safeguards provided by the technology products above.

Pricing

All of our subscriptions are on a month-to-month plan, but you may choose to commit to a longer period. Monthly subscriptions may be subject to price changes with 30 days notice. Annual subscriptions have prices locked for one year and provide a 5% discount, prices may be changed upon renewal. You may increase your number of subscriptions at any time. All of your subscriptions must be at the same subscription level.

You may upgrade your subscription at any time. If you chose an annual subscription, the upgrade price will be applied to the remainder of your initial subscription term. Additional onetime fees may be applied if the higher subscription has higher one-time fees.

You may downgrade your subscription at any time. There is no refund for one-time fees with a downgrade.

Sales and local taxes will be added to actual fees billed as appropriate.

Initial Payment

A non-refundable initial payment for the frst month’s subscription and one-time setup fee will be required upon signing of this agreement. An invoice for this amount can be provided upon request to help with payment processing. Subscription provisioning and services will not start until payment is received.
