Simulated phishing attacks and training, including tracking and reporting of testing results - Backup of Office 365
Full cloud-backup of everything stored in Exchange Online (email, contacts, calendar), SharePoint Online (includes files stored in MS Teams), and OneDrive - IT Policy Template & Personalization
We have developed a templated IT security policy addressing the risks commonly seen in small offices/home offices, that incorporate the controls and safeguards provided by the technology products above. There may be some personalization of this policy necessary depending on the other technologies and controls within your IT environment, but this is usually fairly limited. Our SOHO Proactive Protection package includes a meeting with IT risk advisors to personalize the IT policy template to your environment. - Cybersecurity Insights
We will provide you with regular information about current cybersecurity trends and standards changes in an format understandable by non-techies. This helps to create awareness of cybersecurity threats, and help you understand changes in standards that may impact your operations. Recommended updates to our SOHO IT policy to address any standards changes are included as part of this service. - Cybersecurity Advice
Unlimited email access to our advisors to address questions on cybersecurity products, cybersecurity vendors, or cybersecurity implications of potential changes in software or vendors. This does not include help desk, vendor selection, implementation, or incident response services.
