Prosera Trial Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in our research on recruiting practices in the accounting profession. This hiring acceleration research is investigating how we can optimize the evaluation of candidates in the hiring process in the accounting profession.

We have obtained access to an AI-based tool that can help with:

1. Writing position descriptions
2. Reviewing candidate resumes to identify fit for a position description, including scoring, identification of past experience, and identification of missing qualifications
3. Generating interview questions to confirm strengths and fill in information gaps

As part of this research, your organization will be provided with trial access to this tool. Completion of the research study generally requires participation for three hiring cycles. The first cycle is where you will become familiar with the tool. In the second cycle, you should be optimizing your hiring process. In the third cycle, you should be using your optimized process.

Continued access to the trial requires that you provide us with information about the impact of the tool on your hiring process. This primarily one via survey, but we may ask to interview you to obtain additional information.

Consent to Participate

The completion of the form below constitutes informed consent to participate in this study. Your responses will remain confidential. You will be asked for certain demographic informationwhich will only be used for classification purposes. Your name is being asked for so that we can communicate with you and provide you with technical support in your use of the tool. Your organization’s name required so that we can aggregate responses from the same organization in case multiple people or offices decide to participate in this study. Both your name and your organization’s name will not be disclosed publicly without your written consent.
