Thank you for your interest in participating in our research on recruiting practices in the accounting profession. This hiring acceleration research is investigating how we can optimize the evaluation of candidates in the hiring process in the accounting profession.

We have obtained access to an AI-based tool that can help with:

Writing position descriptions
Reviewing candidate resumes to identify fit for a position description, including scoring, identification of past experience, and identification of missing qualifications
Generating interview questions to confirm strengths and fill in information gaps

As part of this research, your organization will be provided with trial access to this tool. Completion of the research study generally requires participation for three hiring cycles. The first cycle is where you will become familiar with the tool. In the second cycle, you should be optimizing your hiring process. In the third cycle, you should be using your optimized process.

Continued access to the trial requires that you provide us with information about the impact of the tool on your hiring process. This primarily one via survey, but we may ask to interview you to obtain additional information.
