The impact of the current staffing crisis is dominating conversation in the accounting profession. There are many unknowns in this world, and staffing strategies that accounting firms and finance departments are using successfully should not be one of them.

In order to uncover the strategies that are being implemented effectively- and replicate them- we need data. We believe that every organization who employs accountants deserves to be empowered with that knowledge.

The Center for Accounting Transformation and CPA Trendlines have come together together as advocates for the profession. By researching staffing strategies in accounting firms and finance departments, we can shed light on new and innovative staffing approaches and make great strides toward resolving the talent crisis.

We believe that ultimately, accountants are the business professionals can improve the world by providing peace of mind, vision and clarity, and hope.
