Dr. Ann Dzuranin, CPA

Dr. Ann C. Dzuranin is the Dean’s Distinguished Professor of Analytics in Accounting at Northern Illinois University where she conducts behavioral research in management accounting decision making and the ways in which accounting information systems interact with those decisions. Her work in data analytics curriculum development has resulted in invitations to present on Data Analytics and Accounting curriculum at various conferences.

Raj Pipalia

Raj Pipalia is a Senior Manager of Data Analytics Consulting with Crowe LLP. With over 15 years experience in data and analytics, he is a builder of data platforms through the management of people, process and performance. He focuses on integrating technology platforms within environments that are sensitive to risk, security and government regulations.

Donny Shimamoto, CPA, CITP, CGMA

Donny Shimamoto is the founder and managing director of IntrapriseTechKnowlogies LLC. Donny works with larger organizations as a trusted business advisor, facilitating organizational strategic planning and execution, IT governance and planning, enterprise architecture, information architecture and assurance, business process improvement, and business intelligence initiatives.

Cari Weston, MST, CPA, CGMA

Cari Weston is the Executive Director of the Center for Accounting Transformation. She is an accomplished and committed executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience and service within the accounting profession that ranges from being a single owner of a boutique tax practice to the Big Four (Big Six at the time). She has been  hailed as a CPA who helps organizations thrive, focusing on people first. She is a frequent writer and speaker on tax, ethics, leadership, practice management, technology, and the future of the accounting profession.
