2022 Spring Student Innovation Challenge
Dig, Discover, Learn! College Accounting Case Competition Offers Real-world Experiential Learning.
The Student Innovation Challenge offers a great opportunity for college students to gain real-world knowledge while challenging their accounting skills and team collaboration capabilities.
Students compete as teams of two, three, or four members. All major disciplines are welcome, however 50% of the team must come from an accounting-related major. A faculty advisor is highly recommended, but not required for participation.
2022 Spring Student Innovation Challenge
About the Spring Competition
The Student Innovation Challenge is made possible because of the collaborative partnership with the Center for Accounting Transformation, TrueUp, and Northern Illinois University.
Free and open to all currently-enrolled college students at two-year and four-year accredited colleges, community colleges, and universities both nationally and internationally.
Registration for the Student Innovation Challenge is open February 1 - March 7, 2022.
Competition Judges
An important part of the competition, experienced professionals working in business & industry, public accounting, government, and nonprofit sectors are needed to bring their knowledge and insight to review the student presentations, evaluate and score each team entry, and help select a winner. The judging period will run from March 21-25 and is an integral part of the Student Innovation Challenge.
The 2022 Student Innovation Challenge would not be possible without the commitment and thoughtful insights from our competition judges.
Sponsors
The Student Innovation Challenge would not be possible without the support of partner organizations and sponsors. They contribute directly to the success of the program while offering a real-world experience and inspiring students to bring their “A-game” (as in Accounting).
