The Center for Accounting Transformation recently undertook a research study on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion journeys of accountants and their respective organizations or clients. With the results of the survey being released, I had the opportunity to sit down with Kimberly Ellison-Taylor, CPA, CGMA, and the CTO of KET Solutions to discuss Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, what Know-how people need about the DEI journey of accounting professionals, how DEI initiatives can help us create workable solutions, and what the research and trends are telling us.
