DEI Research

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives can make an organization more successful by increasing staff performance as well as lowering turnover rates.

DEI is more than policies, programs, or headcounts. Respecting the unique needs, perspectives and potential of all team members enables mindful employers to earn deeper trust and more commitment from their employees.

Because most CPAs we’ve talked to have expressed that staffing is a key concern, the Center for Accounting Transformation is embarking on a new study to identify trends among accountants and their organizations’ DEI journeys. This research is being conducted to identify how to best help CPAs, accountants, vendors, and other professionals in the accounting profession accelerate their organizations’ DEI journeys.

Find out why learning more about the DEI journey of accounting professionals can help all of us create workable solutions that can assist them along the way from profession leaders Kimberly Ellison-Taylor, CPA, CGMA, and Donny Shimamoto, CPA, CITP, CGMA. Then, we invite you to participate in the survey and share it with your colleagues.

Together, we can #EnableTransformation, advance DEI within the profession, and #ImproveTheWorld.

Thank you to our sponsors and supporters.

The Center for Accounting Transformation would like to thank the following organizations for helping support and promote the DEI Research Survey:
