Sarah Elliott PCC, CPA

Executive Leadership Coach

Sarah believes the world needs more conscious, evolved leaders – people who lead with their minds and their hearts. Through executive coaching, leadership coaching, group learning and group coaching, she helps leaders access the Dimension of Possible: a place where fear no longer drives us, and love reigns.

Background

Sarah is the co-founder of Intend2Lead, a leadership coaching company dedicated to coaching curious improvers to access the Dimension of Possible. Sarah is an author, speaker and instructor on coaching and leadership development and an advocate for women in the CPA profession.

Prior to founding Intend2Lead, Sarah consistently balanced client service, firm management, and industry leadership throughout her career as a practicing CPA. She spent ten years at PwC, where she performed a two-year rotation in their National Office.

Sarah was more recently the national audit partner-in-charge of a high-growth, regional CPA firm and served on its executive and human resources committees. Her responsibilities included oversight of training and development, firm strategy, personnel management, technical accounting and auditing leadership, firm policy and methodology, and quality control.

In 2017, Sarah founded Ellivate Alliance, a community of brave women entrepreneurs who are channeling their feminine wisdom to run their businesses, create social change and find joy in who they are and what they do. Ellivate Alliance creates community, provide accessible learning, and support one another in integrating more conscious business practices.

Sarah actively serves her profession and local community, including membership in the CPA Consultants Alliance and several AICPA task forces.

In 2017-2022, Sarah has been recognized by CPA Practice Advisor and AICPA as one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Accounting.
