Agents of Transformation Campaign Earns Gold & Honorable Mention in 2025 MarCom Awards

The Center’s AoT entries were selected from among more than 6,000 submissions from the U.S., Canada, and 41 other countries.
The Center for Accounting Transformation is honored to announce that its Agents of Transformation initiative has received international recognition, earning a Gold Award and an Honorable Mention in the 2025 MarCom Awards, one of the world’s most prestigious competitions celebrating creative excellence.
The Agents of Transformation campaign—produced under the creative direction of Dave Maresca and executive production of Heather L. Bunning—reframes accounting as a purpose-driven profession, rich in innovation, inclusion, and social impact.
The campaign earned:
- Gold Award — Video/Audio | Video/Film | 620. Recruitment Category for “Unlock the Power of the Accounting Profession”
- Honorable Mention — Web-Based | Web Video | 493. Marketing Category for Agents of Transformation: IntrapriseTechKnowlogies LLC Firm Profile
The MarCom Awards, sponsored by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), judge creative submissions from marketing teams, agencies, nonprofits, and communication professionals throughout the U.S., Canada, and 41 other countries. Winners are selected for exceptional execution, originality, and impact. 
The Agents of Transformation campaign showcases accountants and firm leaders who are advancing equity, embracing technology, and driving meaningful change. Through cinematic video, podcasts, and firm features, the campaign celebrates real professionals shaping the future of the field.
Since launch, the campaign has been integrated into university programs, firm events, and professional associations nationwide—earning three times the engagement of previous Center initiatives.

The Agents of Transformation campaign is a storytelling series aimed at reshaping how students and professionals view the accounting profession. Through cinematic storytelling, authentic voices, and aspirational messaging, the campaign reframes accounting from a narrow, numbers-only perception into a dynamic, purpose-driven field where professionals of all backgrounds contribute to social impact, equity, leadership, and innovation.
